Episode 1 focuses on Miriam, one of Germany’s ‘most wanted’ activists who is being charged using Germany’s Criminal Code: Paragraph 129, which could set the precedent throughout Europe. If found guilty, climate activists associated with Last Generation could all be charged for working for a criminal organisation.
